Honduras vs USA TONIGHT!

June 6th has finally arrived. In others words WORLD CUP QUALIFICATION GAMES!!
Honduras is going to face the US at Soldier Field Stadium in Chicago at 8:00 pm ET.
It is said to be a very entertaining and difficult match for both teams.
The Uncle Sam team are in need of the three points. Not only because it is a home game for them but also because of the loss against Costa Rica las Wednesday at Costa Rica. Therefore, it is a must for the US to gain these three points in order to keep fighting for one of the three direct spots for the next World Cup. If they lose…its and uphill road afterwards.
On the other hand, Honduras is a little more relaxed. It’s an away game against probably the best team in the Concacaf. Personally, I don’t believe we can bring home the three points, but I do believe we can scratch off a valuable point. This game can surely give us confidence for our next home game against El Salvador on Wednesday.
Both teams will have players missing due to bookings and injuries.
For the US:
Michael Bradley for a booking against Costa Rica on Wednesday.
Frankie Hejduk is been complaining about an injury and will probably not play.
Brian Ching will also be out due to injury.
For Honduras:
Julio Cesar “Rambo” de Leon (if you don’t know him, ask a Mexican…) for a booking last game against Mexico.
David Suazo out due to an injury at the beginning of the year.
The 23 players called up for the games against the USMNT and El Salvador are:
Goalkeepers: Noel Valladares, Júnior Morales y Ricardo Canales.
Defenders: Mario Beata, Víctor Bernárdez (Anderlecht, Bélgium), Erick Norales, Osman Chávez, Maynor Figueroa (Wigan, England), Oscar Bonieck García, Emilio Izaguirre and Mauricio Sabillón.
Midfielders: Amado Guevara (Toronto, Canada), Ramón Núñez (Puebla, México), Roger Espinoza, Wilson Palacios (Tottenham, England), Hendry Thomas, Julio Cesar “Rambo” de León (Parma, Italy) y Danilo Turcios.
Strikers: Georgie Welcome, Allan Lalín, Carlo Costly, Carlos Pavón y Walter Martínez (Alavés, Spain)
Possible line up:
Goalkeeper: Noel Valladares
Defenders: Maynor Figueroa, Oman Chavez, Victor Bernardez and Mauricio Sabillon.
Midfielders: Amado Guevara, Ramón Núñez, Wilson Palacios, Hendry Thomas and Dani Turcios.
Strikers: Carlos Pavon as the only striker.
Now that we all know the important stuff before the game.
What do you think about the possible line up?
Any predictions for the game?
