Update: Haiti, Gesu’ e’ con Te

Banner2

This week was very exciting for most of our players. Some have joined training sessions towards future friendlies set as practices for the World Cup. Our bigger named players have continued playing very well luckily; except for a few that are waiting for the Honduran football season to begin this coming January 30th.

Edgard Alvarez, one of the star players of Bari, played a great game in which the Reds tied with Inter 2-2. At a point, Bari was winning 2-0. Edgard played almost a full match being substituted at minute 88.

David Suazo had a great performance with Genoa, unfortunately, the ‘Rossoblu lost to AS Roma 3-0 in which  case Genoa had few chances, but a couple of them were created by Suazo Himself.

Julio Cesar ‘Rambo’ de Leon had an outstanding performance in the 4-1 victory Torino had over Grosseto. Rambo did what he does best, score from Free Kicks. After this genius scored, he showed his Haiti support by lifting his jersey and revealing a White tshirt with the words” “Haiti, Gesu’ e’ con te” italian for Jesus is with you. Torino are still trailing in the Serie B, but with the recent Head Coach change, much aspiration has grown in the players. See Rambos goal in the video.

Henry Thomas and Maynor Figueroa both played a decent game and luckily their team, wigan  beat the Wolverhampton Wolves 2-0.

Some of our other players havent had much fortune lately; such is the case of Ramon Nunez whom bleak activity in Cruz Azul left his future uncertain and in debacle. Nunez studies the possibility to Play for Olimpia from Honduras or to play in the MLS.

I end my post with the great goal by rambo, follow through to watch him lift his shirt up.

Nunez move to Olimpia is very close to being official. also Emelio Izaguirre is being trailed heavily by Penarol of Uruguay and Emelio Martinez played last night against Monterrey for Indios De Juarez…and got spanked 4-0.

Hendry had a dreadful game…2 yellow cards and got sent off…he needs to learn to tackle.

also 13 yr old Steven Chicharito Ramos may make his debut as soon as next month with Real Espana as the Head Coach is very interested in bring him to the senior squad :D . he’s been training with a Colombian team. and they look to bring him back.

hector its emilio izaguirre and emil martinez.

emil martinez is currently playing with Indios from Juarez.

Professor Rueda is worried about the lack of interest from Carlo Costly has in changing to a team where he is given some minutes of play.

Also Wilson palacios played this week but Tottenham was unable to keep those 3 home points against Hull. Currently 4th in the standings tied with Manchester City and under top 3 Chelsea, Manchester and Arsenal.
